A unique burl wood coffee table with large brass accents. This table dates to the 1970's and is attributed to Karl Springer due to its typical matching design features. It has a low and playful design finished with thick rounded table legs and corners. The corners also feature a large brass accent, typical for Springer's designs. Karl Springer was a designer that developed an irreverent and non-doctrinaire idiom of bold proportions, and often highly exotic finishes. His work speaks with the confidence and energy of the Disco Decade and now finds new relevance in the world of contemporary design.

Wear consistent with age and use. In good vintage condition, occasional scuffs and bumps but overall clean.
