Wonderful sofa designed by Gio Ponti and executed by Nino Zoncada, Italy 1950’s. This model is published in the book "GIO PONTI LE NAVI", it was specifically designed for the interiors of ships from ‘Società di navigazione Italia’, an italian shipping company active during the 50’s. This very rare and historically important sofa is upholstered in fine beige Italian cotton. Its organic shapes and geometric lines create a very unique and elegant look.

CONDITION
Excellent condition as it has been recently restored and reupholstered, but may show slight signs of wear consistent with its time and use.
